Corporate Welfare
Thanks to Acquedotto Pugliese we can now turn the once dry land of Apulia into a fortunate and lively territory. It is a grand project, where political-administrative, economic, healthcare, urbanistic, cultural and social stories of citizens, families and our staff intertwine. Health, Well-Being and Social Security
We prioritize health, well-being and social security through benefits that foster employees’ loyalty. A healthy and happy lifestyle outside of the office,contributes to improved productivity at work. Agreements with healthcare facilities and insurance coverage measures for health protection are evidence of this commitment.
Training, Education and Support for Minors
An education should be readily available to all, as culture is what makes humanity feel whole.
We offer a wide range of services, from institutional training to managerial training, from training workshops for the development of corporate culture to support for education with assistance for minors.
Mobility and Sustainability
In collaboration with Bari Polytechnic University, we take part in the EVILTEN Project (Electrifield Light Vehicles Integrated into Transport and Electricity/Networks), co-funded by the European Union. Electric bikes and electric and hybrid cars have become a fine addition to the fleet, with the aim of raising awareness on the use of vehicles with zero impact on the environment.
Family Friendly Events
We promote events that bring together parents and their children or fellow parents. We organize activities to entertain children with games and performances by professional actors and artists. We also offer the project “ Kids in the Office” a tour of mom and dad’s offices in our buildings.
Agreements and Services for Individuals
We establish agreements with accommodation facilities for traveling, with cultural associations for subscriptions or shows, and with private schools for learning foreign languages. We support and promote a healthy balance between employees' work and private life.
Sport
We are trialing a very simple idea, which is however revolutionary when implemented at company level: practicing sport with your colleagues. From football to marathons, sport prevents the appearance and development of illnesses caused by a sedentary life and promotes a sense of community and motivation among people.
Income Support
We carry out various income support initiatives: daycare support, incentives for academic achievement, and contributions towards interest on personal loans.
